Council Information

Dear Members and Guests,

Welcome to the official website of the Siouxland Estate Planning Council. The goal of our council is to keep members and non-members apprised of our valuable programming that offers a look at the up and coming trends and most relevant current information in the estate planning world.  In addition, the website offers a quick way to search for qualified professionals and resources related to the field of estate planning.

Nearly 70 dedicated professionals from the Tri-State area belong to the Siouxland Estate Planning Council (SEPC). Our membership includes a diverse array of professionals working in the greater Siouxland area, including attorneys, accountants, bankers, trust officers, investment professionals, financial planners, insurance agents, farm managers, appraisers and representatives from various charitable organizations. Our members are committed to expanding estate planning knowledge and expertise, growing professional contacts and relationships, increasing membership of the council and, ultimately, enhancing our community by facilitating superior client service.

Monthly meetings provide opportunities for networking and collaboration with experienced professionals.  We strive to offer the highest caliber of speaker and information, in addtion, we seek Continuing Education credits for our programs to offer our member addtional value. September marks the start of our season.  Program is TBA.

Please feel free to browse our website for more information on our council and its members, programming, and other opportunities.

GOALS FOR 2024-2025: We will continue to improve the quality of our speakers and increasing activities in order to be elevated to the level of "Council of Excellence".  We will continue to seek connections within the community to improve the quality of services and collaboration that we can provide to our community and clients. In trying to improve our outreach and collaboration we will actively seek new members to join our organization through professional and social interaction.

SEPC is proud to support “Leave a Message Siouxland”. This non-profit organization encourages those updating their estate documents to consider leaving 1% of their assets to a local non-profit agency. You can visit their website at www.leaveamessagesiouxland.org or ask any of our SEPC members for help in establishing a charitable gift.

Regards,

Korey Kletschke
